Main Duties:
- To provide clerical support and administrative responsibilities for the marketing department.
- To prepare monthly report for digital ads spend.
- Coordination work with internal department as well as suppliers and vendors.
- Keep track of marketing materials inventory.
- To distribute leads from websites, social media, and other media platforms.
- Support internal marketing operations and activities.
- To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.
- Responsible and ability to work independently.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager
Requirements:
- Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post.
- Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge of administrative record keeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
