We are looking for Technical Service Team is currently supporting a Foreign Direct Manufacturing (FDM) in which include the rapid installation and maintenance services, implementation of robotic factory in KLANG VALLEY and Peninsular Malaysia. Hence, this position is required to undertake some of the followings responsibilities as mentioned below:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and product information support for new and existing customer.
• Identifying new maintenance contract, service renewals and system maintenance.
• Participate in meeting with product engineers to trouble shoot the problems as and when necessary.
• Communicate with customers for the automation problem solving's and proper follow-up with recommendation improvements.
• To schedule and monitoring software upgrading works, coordinating activities and resources to ensure timely progress.
• Maintaining good relationship with our customers, suppliers and inter-department.
• Ensure safe and clean working environment by enforcing necessary procedures, rules and regulations at worksite

Requirements

• Possess SPVM, Cert & Diploma in Mechatronics / Robotic Automation
• Have Good communication skills that help to train and interact well with customers.
• Good Team player and problem solving skills.
• SPM leavers are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Work Location Based at Puchong.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
