Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers.
Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and related documentation.
Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and service status updates.
Maintain and update customer records and transaction details in the system.
Perform data entry, filing, and documentation management.
Assist in logistics and warehouse coordination, including incoming item registration and arrangement.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.
Knowledge of SQL Accounting / SQL System will be an added advantage.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent.
Candidates with self starter, positive attitude is required.
