The Senior Full-Stack Developer is responsible for leading the design, development, optimization, and maintenance of scalable enterprise applications across frontend and backend systems. This role requires strong technical leadership, architecture planning, mentoring capabilities, and experience handling complex software projects including enterprise and government systems.

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP Laravel and modern frontend frameworks.

2. Lead technical design discussions and system architecture planning.

3. Translate business and system requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.

4. Ensure high application performance, responsiveness, and maintainability.

1. Design and develop robust backend services and application workflows.

2. Architect and maintain RESTful APIs and system integrations.

3. Implement authentication, authorization, encryption, and security best practices.

4. Optimize backend processes and improve system scalability.

1. Design and optimize complex database structures and queries.

2. Ensure database integrity, performance tuning, and scalability.

3. Lead data migration and system integration activities.

4. Implement caching and performance optimization strategies.

1. Mentor junior developers and conduct technical reviews.

2. Establish coding standards and best practices.

3. Review pull requests and maintain code quality standards.

4. Assist management in technical planning and estimation.

1. Oversee testing processes including unit, integration, and regression testing.

2. Support CI/CD implementation and deployment activities.

3. Monitor production systems and resolve critical issues.

4. Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for deployment readiness.

1. Prepare and maintain system architecture and technical documentation.

2. Participate in client discussions and technical requirement analysis.

3. Lead sprint planning, technical reviews, and project progress discussions.

4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

1. Enforce secure coding standards and security best practices.

2. Support compliance, audit, and vulnerability assessment activities.

3. Implement logging, monitoring, and disaster recovery considerations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.

• Proven experience handling enterprise-scale or government projects is an advantage.

• Strong expertise in PHP Laravel Framework.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or React.

• Advanced knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL optimization.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, Docker, Linux environments, and Git workflows.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of software architecture and system scalability.

• Strong leadership and mentoring capability.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
