岗位职责

Duties and Responsibilities

Prorovide technical support to clients, both online and on-site, including software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Liaise with software principals/vendors to obtain technical assistance and resolve issues raised by clients.

Prepare and submit monthly technical service reports, including analysis of support cases and the development of knowledge base materials, FAQs, and best practices for clients. vide technical support to clients, both online and on-site, including software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Manage and maintain the company’s internal hardware and software assets, ensuring proper tracking and functionality.

Possess basic hardware and server knowledge, including setup, reformatting, and system maintenance (considered an added advantage).

Handle administrative tasks related to technical support services, including documentation, service records, and follow-up with clients.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Report directly to the Customer Success Manager / Technical General Manager.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in technical support, IT support, or customer success role is preferred.

Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common software environments.

Basic understanding of hardware setup, device configuration, and system reformatting is an added advantage.

Ability to analyze and resolve technical problems efficiently.

Soft Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good time management and documentation skills.
