Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative and office operations.
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
- Support recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage filing systems and ensure proper document organization.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in HR databases.
- Support attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll-related administration.
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Perform other administrative and HR tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Willing to learn and work in a team environment.
Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
