Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth across our digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, creativity in content creation, and experience managing online marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads & Social Media Ads)
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce CPC
SEO Optimization
- Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings
- Conduct keyword research and monitor organic traffic growth
Content Creation
- Develop engaging digital content for marketing campaigns
- Produce at least 7 content pieces weekly across platforms
Social Media Management
- Manage company social media platforms
- Grow followers and improve reach and engagement
- Generate leads through digital campaigns
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor performance of digital marketing channels
- Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights
- Prepare reports using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Business Suite
Job Requirements
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
Experience
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online advertising is an advantage
Skills
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
- Familiar with GA4 and Meta Business Suite
