Production & Admin Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing simple artwork layouts, mockups, and print-ready files (e.g. posters, banners, brochures)
- Support checking and submitting artwork files to printing vendors
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, fabrication, and installation works
- Monitor marketing materials (POSM) stock and arrange distribution to branches
- Assist in setting up events and campaigns (e.g. roadshows, product launches)
- Maintain proper documentation such as quotations, invoices, and delivery orders (DO)
- Track movement of marketing materials and merchandise
- Ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Support quality checking of printed materials before distribution
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) is an advantage
- Organized and detail-oriented, especially in handling documents and stock
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Willing to support on-site setup for events when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
