Job Details

Position: Human Resources cum Personal Assistant
Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8.30 am - 5.30 pm) Saturday (8.30 am - 12.30 pm)
Location: No 60-1, Jalan Seri Putra 1/4, Bandar Seri Putra, 43000 Kajang, Selangor, Malaysia

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Admin Cum Personal Assistant to support management in administrative tasks, recruitment coordination, and daily business operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, handling confidential documentation, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring smooth operational workflow across departments. You will also assist management with business support functions, operational coordination, and communication with internal and external parties.

This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, adaptable, professional, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities

1) Personal Assistant (PA) Support to Management

  • Provide direct administrative and personal support to management
  • Manage schedules, meetings, calendars, and appointments efficiently
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, correspondence, and documents
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Assist with travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure deadlines are met

2) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (HR Support)

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Coordinate with management to identify hiring needs and recruitment priorities
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and interview arrangements
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
  • Support hiring activities to ensure recruitment timelines are achieved efficiently

3) Operations Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow
  • Assist in monitoring business operations during management’s absence
  • Coordinate activities related to online sales, retail distribution, and events
  • Identify operational issues or delays and report them to management promptly
  • Liaise with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth execution of tasks

4) Administrative & Business Support

  • Perform general administrative and office support duties
  • Maintain proper filing systems for company records and documentation
  • Assist with stock coordination and basic inventory monitoring
  • Prepare and update operational documents and reports when required
  • Suggest improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity

Requirements

1) Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource, Management, or related field
2) Experience in administration, personal assistant, HR, or operations support is an advantage
3) Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia
4) Professional attitude with strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility
5) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
