Job description:

Location: Balakong Industrial Area

Actmax is a fast growing mechanical manufacturing company. Established in June 2021, we have expanded to operate 6 plants by now.

Key Responsibilities

• Tooling Design: Design New Product Introduction (NPI) jigs, fixtures, and single-part engineering drawings using 3D CAD software.
• NPI Verification: Support NPI sampling verification and execute First Article Inspection (FAI) processes to validate component dimensions.
• Capability Analysis: Conduct process capability evaluations (Cp, Cpk) and compile engineering reports to verify production stability before mass production.
• Process Transition: Collaborate closely with design and manufacturing teams to ensure a smooth transition of new products from the prototype phase to production.
• Technical Documentation: Establish and maintain engineering bills of materials (BOM), technical specifications, and drafting standards for new product layouts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in product development, NPI, or manufacturing process engineering. (Fresh graduates with strong relevant internship experience will be considered).
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ZW3D, or equivalent for engineering drawings and modeling.
• Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) and mechanical fabrication processes.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
