Education & Experience:

• Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is required; we provide hands-on training and mentorship.

Languages:

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).

Technical Skills (Hard Skills):

• Social Media Savvy: Familiar with the features and "algorithms" of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Content Tools: Basic proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar mobile editing apps.
• General Tech: Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets) for reporting and planning.

Your Responsibilities:

• Platform Management: Assist in managing and updating company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
• Content Creation: Produce engaging digital content, including aesthetic visuals, catchy captions, and short-form videos (Reels/TikToks).
• Engagement & Growth: Monitor community engagement metrics and suggest creative ways to improve our reach and interaction.
• Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support product launches, events, and digital ad campaigns.
• Market Research: Conduct online research on the latest industry trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
