Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Process orders, returns, and requests accurately
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, production) to fulfill customer needs
Maintain and update customer records in the system
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
Prepare reports on customer interactions and service performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Prior experience is not required; willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
