We are looking for a dedicated and responsible M&E Coordinator with experience in factory building or high-rise building construction projects to coordinate and supervise Mechanical & Electrical works at site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works at construction site.
• Monitor site progress and ensure M&E works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site team regarding M&E matters.
• Attend site meetings, technical coordination meetings, and inspections.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and technical documents.
• Ensure all M&E works comply with authority requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate testing & commissioning activities.
• Identify and resolve technical and site coordination issues.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Ensure proper coordination between architectural, structural, and M&E works to avoid clashes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years working experience in construction industry.
• Experience in factory building or high-rise building projects is preferred.
• Knowledge in M&E systems, services coordination, and construction process.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Familiar with authority requirements and site coordination process.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with testing & commissioning process.
• Knowledge in QA/QC and site safety requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Familiar with BIM coordination is an added advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
