What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

• University Recruitment: Act as the bridge between the company and universities to attract fresh talent.
• Open Interviews: Take charge of planning, coordinating, and executing exciting Open Interview events.
• Lead Generation: Source and gather potential candidates/leads from various online platforms and social media.
• Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and day-to-day HR operations.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Current University Students looking for an official internship placement (Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related fields).
• Available for an internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
• Energetic, outgoing, and loves interacting with people.
• Able to work on-site at our Klang office.
