Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with supervising pharmacists to ensure smooth dispensing and patient counseling.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for prescriptions, controlled drugs, and regulatory requirements.
• Recommend appropriate over-the-counter (OTC) products and supplements based on patient needs and conditions.
• Support sales growth by promoting health products, achieving sales targets, and driving customer engagement.
• Monitor and manage inventory, including stock levels, expiry dates, and product storage conditions.
• Assist in merchandising activities to ensure proper product display and in-store promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive pharmacy experience.
• Support overall pharmacy operations including cashiering, housekeeping, and administrative tasks when required.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduates in Pharmacy.
• Communication skills, leadership and interpersonal skill.
• Pleasant personality, and customer-friendly.
• Able to work on shifts rotation, weekends, and public holidays
• Participate in company activities when necessary
• Will be based within Klang Valley
