Job Summary

Internally the role is called as Product Strategy Analyst. We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Product Strategy Analyst to support our product planning and decision-making processes. This role will be responsible for conducting in-depth market and product analyses, driving assortment and seasonality strategies, and providing actionable insights to optimize product performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, commercially astute, and able to transform complex data into strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Market Analysis

• Conduct comprehensive price studies to monitor competitiveness, market positioning, and profitability.
• Perform product and demand studies to identify sales trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with category and merchandising teams to develop data-backed assortment plans.
• Support seasonality planning by analyzing historical trends, demand forecasts, and market factors.
  
  

Operational & Strategic Support

• Troubleshoot operational challenges, including stock fulfilment and optimizing inventory management.
• Support and participate in ad hoc projects as requested by management, adapting quickly to new priorities and business needs.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience .
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data interpretation, visualization, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of pricing, demand forecasting, and product lifecycle.
• Effective communicator with the ability to present insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying process improvements.
