任职资格

  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field .
  • Minimum 2 yeras of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role , preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts , cost management and quantity surveying principles.
  • Execellent communication,negotiation and problem -solving skills.
  • Proficent in using construction -related software ,scuh as Microsoft office, Microsoft project,AutoCad will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accurancy.

岗位职责

  • Preparing and analysing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
  • Negotiaitng and managing contracts with subcontractors and supplier .
  • Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure they stay within budget.
  • Preparing and submitting progress reports ,variation orders and final accounts.
  • Providing expert advice and support to the project team on contractual and commercial matters.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact project costs and timelines.
  • Collaborating with the project management team to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects.
