Job Scope

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented design intern to join our Design Department. This hands-on role offers a valuable opportunity to learn digital sculpting, 3D printing workflows, product design layouts, and packaging support in a creative, fast-paced environment. The primary focus will be on Digital Sculpting and 3D printing, but you will also assist other teams as different job requirements arise. You will work closely with our digital sculptors, technical team, and product designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Sculpt: Assist in cleaning up 3D scans, mapping motifs onto objects, and creating design sculpts of small products depending on incoming work.
• Technical Team (3D Printing): Assist with 3D printing operations, clean up printed parts to prepare them for mould making, and perform low-level machine maintenance.
• Product Design: Create layouts for projects requiring artwork for engraving, and create designs requiring character sketching as work comes in.
• Packaging: Help create drawings of packaging nets (if able), and assist in maintaining tidiness in the packaging area.
• Administration: Help with the organization of the Design Library and perform other odd intern-level jobs as needed.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Design, Digital Arts, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Skills required: Digital sculpting software (e.g., ZBrush, Blender, Nomad Sculpt) and basic 3D printing knowledge.
• Applicants must be willing to work in [Insert Location - e.g., Setapak].
• Duration of 4 - 6 month(s).
