We are looking for a skilled and proactive Process Engineer – Winding to support and improve the manufacturing process in the production line. The candidate will be responsible for process optimization, yield improvement, troubleshooting, and ensuring production efficiency and product quality within the winding process.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve winding production processes to achieve quality, productivity, and yield targets
• Analyze process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities
• Troubleshoot machine and process abnormalities to minimize downtime
• Optimize process parameters and improve manufacturing efficiency
• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve process-related issues
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, SOPs, WI, and reports
• Conduct process evaluation, data analysis, and continuous improvement activities
• Support engineering changes and process modification implementation
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related field)
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering
• Experience in winding process or battery manufacturing industry is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with process improvement methodologies such as PDCA, 8D, FMEA, or Lean Manufacturing
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
