- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, and candidate follow-up.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and existing employees.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, HR documents, and filing systems.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, memos, employment contracts, and other documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and punctuality reports.
- Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance and employee information.
- Assist in organizing staff activities, training sessions, and company events.
- Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements and HR-related matters.
- Ensure employee records and confidential information are properly maintained.
- Assist in updating HR databases and trackers.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Department when required.
- Perform any other HR or administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
