Job Description

Key responsibility :-
a)Perform daily inspection and maintenance of production machines, ensuring all check sheets are accurately updated.
b)Execute periodic maintenance in accordance with the Preventive Maintenance Plan.
c)Prepare and set up jigs and fixtures to support production activities.
d)Troubleshoot and resolve machine, equipment, and facility breakdowns efficiently.
e)Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability and cost control.
f)Ensure full compliance with ISO standards and related procedures.
g)Carry out minor electrical and mechanical repairs and replacements.
h)Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Role Overview:
As a Maintenance Team, you will play a key role in optimizing equipment performance, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the reliability of machinery and infrastructure. You will focus on maximizing equipment availability while minimizing downtime and maintenance costs.
