Job Description

1.Liaise with oversea and local customers for monthly and weekly forecast, PO and customer activities.
2.Liaise with internal departments ( Production, QA/Qc, Engineering ) to meet customers requirements.
3.To update oversea shipment advice / kanban requirement in the Asco shipment daily.
4.To provide customer weekly update on hand inventory
5.To monitor & maintain all delivery and shipment documents including Invoice, Delivery Order and Delivery Note.
6.To achieve Company & Department objective as per target.
Responsible for accurate on hand inventory.
7.To monitor & arrange lorry transport daily delivery schedule, inspection schedule & maintain lorry in good running condition.
8.Undertake other duties assigned or directed from time to time
