JOB DESCRIPTION
Your primary duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Perform HR functions including recruitment & selection, staff onboarding and offboarding procedures, compensation & benefits administration, payroll support, performance appraisal, and staff contract renewals.
Ability to process payroll accurately using Quickpay, with experience in monthly statutory submissions/payments and year-end statutory reporting.
Liaise with relevant government authorities including SOCSO, EPF, EIS, LHDN, Industrial Relations Department, Labour Department and other related agencies regarding contributions, deductions, submissions and compliance matters.
Conduct and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
Prepare, maintain and update HR documentation including letters, forms, employee records and monthly HR reports.
Manage HRDC-related documentation, grant applications, claims submissions, and compliance requirements.
Manage employee insurance matters including enrollment, updates, claims coordination, and renewal processes for group insurance coverage (GHS & GPA).
Assist in LHDN stamping process for employment contracts and related HR documents in accordance with statutory requirements.
Assist in monitoring staff attendance, leave administration and related employee records.
Assist in reviewing, implementing and improving HR policies and procedures.
Assist in HR audit activities and ensure proper documentation and compliance with company requirements.
Interact and communicate effectively with Heads of Department and employees on HR-related matters.
Perform any other ad-hoc HR duties, as and when required.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resources, Management or equivalent.
2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is preferred.
Organized, efficient and able to work independently.
Able to multitask and take on additional challenges and tasks.
Meticulous to details, strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Must familiar with HR2000 system with immediate availability will be an added advantage.
Keep abreast with the current employment laws and its amendments.
Good communicator with the ability to converse well in English and BM .
