Inventory & Store Keeping
- Stock Control: Receive incoming shipments, unbox, inspect for damage, and verify quantities against delivery orders.
- Storage & Organization: Organize machinery parts, tools, and consumables neatly on shelves, keeping the store clean, safe, and tidy.
- Stock Counting: Perform regular stock checks (cycle counts) to ensure our digital records match physical inventory.
- Packing & Dispatch: Pick and pack parts/orders accurately for courier delivery or collection by our service technicians.
Administrative Support
- Data Entry: Key in daily stock movements, goods received notes (GRN), and delivery orders into our system.
- Documentation: File and organize delivery orders, invoices, supplier bills, and technical manuals.
- Office Coordination: Answer general phone inquiries, reply to emails, and coordinate with courier services/transporters.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Assist management with daily administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SPM qualification.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a clerical or administrative role.
- Languages: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
- Tech Skills: Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Transport: Must possess own transport for commuting or occasional errands.
- Availability: Candidates who are able to start work immediately are preferred.

- Software: Practical knowledge or experience using AutoCount Accounting software is a significant advantage.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
