Key Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on exposure across multiple areas of restaurant operations, including customer service, cashiering, beverage preparation, and kitchen support
- Assist with welcoming guests and delivering a positive dining experience
- Support daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Learn food and beverage preparation procedures in accordance with company SOPs and quality standards
- Assist with cashiering duties, order taking, and POS system operations
- Support barista and beverage preparation activities, including coffee and specialty drinks preparation
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of dining, service, and kitchen areas
- Work closely with team members and supervisors during daily operations and peak hours
- Participate in operational training and learn hospitality service standards and workplace best practices
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors or management as part of the learning experience
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, Culinary Arts, or a related field
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Responsible, disciplined, and committed to maintaining service and operational standards
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage
