- Assist in payroll processing, attendance checking, and HR reporting
- Support recruitment activities and interview coordination
- Help prepare HR documents, letters, and employee records
- Assist in onboarding, training coordination, and maintaining training records (ISO compliance)
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities (e.g. events, CSR, annual dinner)
- Provide support in employee welfare, benefits, and daily HR operations
- Perform general administrative tasks and any other duties as assigned
