About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Assistant Pharmacist to support our pharmaceutical operations, including compounding, R&D activities, and inventory management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and product quality.

You will work closely with the Pharmacist and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high standards in production and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in compounding preparation and execution according to SOPs and formulation requirements
• Prepare materials, set up equipment, and support production activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping for compounding and batch processes
• Support R&D activities, including formulation trials and sample preparation
• Assist in product sampling, validation, and internal testing
• Manage inventory, including stock monitoring and replenishment planning
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock handling, including cold chain requirements
• Support quality control checks before product release
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance within the compounding area
• Assist in developing, updating, and implementing SOPs
• Support process documentation and workflow improvements

Requirements

• Diploma in Pharmacy or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in pharmacy, compounding, or production
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of compounding practices and SOP compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and documentation skills

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
