About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistic Executive to manage warehouse operations, delivery coordination, and inventory movement within our pharmaceutical division. This role is essential in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant distribution of products.

You will work closely with internal teams and logistics partners to maintain operational efficiency and uphold regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure smooth operations
• Manage warehouse activities, including stock handling and storage
• Ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive (cold chain) products
• Monitor inventory movement and stock transfers across locations
• Optimize delivery routes and logistics processes for efficiency
• Handle product returns, damaged goods, and recall processes
• Maintain accurate documentation for tracking and audit purposes
• Collaborate with internal teams to support daily operational needs

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage
• Valid GDL License (Class D & B2) is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
