岗位职责
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory and stock records for all items in the store.
Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining minimum and re-order quantities for store items.
Assist in checking and verifying Goods Received Notes (GRN) and supporting documents for received goods.
Assist in preparing, processing, and maintaining PR, PO, invoices, DO, and goods receiving documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
Prepare and update inventory reports, highlighting any unusual stock usage or discrepancies to management.
Support half-yearly/annual stock check.
Coordinate and maintain proper documentation for scrap disposal activities.
Maintain proper filing and documentation in compliance with company procedures and standards.
Ensure all administrative records related to store and inventory operations are properly updated and accessible.
Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external parties on administrative and inventory-related matters.
Performs other related duties as assigned by Superior/Management.
Minimum passed STPM/Diploma or Degree in related field.
Familiar with PR, PO, Invoice, DO, Good Receive Process.
Familiar with hardware goods and engineering spare parts is an advantage.
Willing and able to learn fast.
Organized, meticulous and able to work independently.
Able to work under pressure and perform within tight deadlines.
Ability to read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to use Microsoft office.
