- Assist in recruitment (screening resume, phone screening & interview etc.)
- Assist in attendance checking & update staff leave record in system
- Assist in foreign worker management
- Assist in on-boarding process (create thumbprint and access card, send welcome email for new joiner & update the latest of organisation chart etc.)
- Assist in training & development (Coordinate the training & update records)
- Handle the document preparation and filing.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Internship duration of at least 3 months is preferred.
