Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage daily financial operations, including reconciliation, payments, and reporting for our e-commerce and trade-in business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy of transactions, timely settlements, and financial visibility across platforms.

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Operations & Reconciliation

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of transactions (platform sales, payments, and settlements)
• Verify reports from platforms and ensure accuracy against internal records
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

2. Billing & Payments

• Prepare invoices, payment requests, and settlement reports
• Track incoming payments and ensure timely collections
• Coordinate outgoing payments to partners, vendors, and dealers

3. Trade-In & Settlement Support

• Handle financial tracking for trade-in transactions (device intake, valuation, payouts)
• Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of trade-in settlements
• Work closely with operations team to validate transaction flow

4. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare regular financial and operational reports (revenue, cost, margin)
• Support management with data for decision-making
• Monitor cash flow and highlight potential risks

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain proper financial records and filing
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Support audits and financial reviews when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or similar role
• Strong Excel skills (reconciliation, data tracking, basic formulas)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams

Good to Have

• Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or high-volume transaction environment
• Familiarity with payment platforms, settlements, or reconciliation processes
• Knowledge of accounting systems (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or similar)
