Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in project management.
• Precast experience will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of construction standard operating procedures.
• Independent and able to deliver works as per contract requirement.
• Good networking with contractors, suppliers and relevant parties.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver within committed deadlines.
• Able to travel and work outstation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise project execution from initiation to completion.
• Monitor project schedule, budget, and cost control to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contract requirements.
• Lead and manage site teams to achieve project milestones.
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings.
• Prepare project reports and documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical or site issues promptly.
• Monitor defect rectification during the defect liability period.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
