1. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractor.
• Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Inspect work quality and ensure materials meet required standards.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
• Manage and guide site supervisors, foremen, and workers.
• Identify and resolve site issues or delays quickly.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and materials.
• Conduct site meetings and briefings with the team.

2. Required Skills

3. Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2 years of construction site experience.
• Experience supervising large construction projects.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards.
• Must have Lifting Certificate

4. Typical Work Environment

• Construction sites (buildings, infrastructure, industrial projects).
• May involve long hours depending on project deadlines.

5. Reporting Structure

• Reports to: Project Manager / Construction Manager
• Supervises: Site Supervisors, Foremen, and Site Workers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
