About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, proper stock handling, and smooth coordination of goods movement between suppliers, warehouse, production, and delivery teams. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, enforcing operational discipline, and ensuring safe and efficient warehouse practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing of goods
• Ensure all incoming stock and deliveries are properly checked, verified, and recorded accurately
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organisation of inventory within the warehouse
• Oversee safe loading and unloading of goods to prevent damage and ensure safety compliance
• Ensure compliance with warehouse and Factory safety standards, hygiene, and company SOPs
• Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements and inventory transactions

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any related field
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse and factory
• knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management practices
• Experience in supervising warehouse or store assistants is an advantage
• Physically fit to handle manual work such as lifting and stock movement
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
