- Key Responsibilities:
- -Assist in daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
- -Enter and update financial transactions in accounting software.
- -Help prepare invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- -Support monthly bank and account reconciliations.
- -Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records.
- -Assist with preparing financial reports and statements.
- -Support audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
- -Perform general administrative and clerical support for the finance department.
- Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Accounting
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software (AutoCount) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English
