• Under direction, you will support the engineering and production teams in improving manufacturing processes, quality, and efficiency

• Work along with the manufacturing plant to ensure production runs timely and precisely with accordance to quality and safety standards

• Experience process optimization, production planning, and equipment improvement projects

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow, and quality control

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CAD software is a plus

• Able to work under supervision in a fast-paced production environment

• Eagerness to learn and contribute to practical manufacturing projects

• Basic grasp of manufacturing systems, tools, and machinery

• Interest in optimizing efficiency, quality, and productivity

• Applies logical thinking to identify and resolve issues

• Willingness to handle changing priorities and diverse tasks

• Works effectively with engineers, operators, and supervisors
