Responsibilities:
- Able to participate on the site meeting & site coordinate with client
- Able to use AutoCAD to produce a shop drawing & as build drawing
- Able to use Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel; issue out letter for requesting info from client / consultant
- Able to coordinate with Site Supervisor
- Able to prepare catalogue, sample board and project quality plan submit to consultant
- Able to prepare monthly progress claim to client
- Report the site progress to the superior
- To manage & supervise general workers, sub contractors; lease with consultant, client and main contractors on site
- To manage site material in order to minimise site wastage
- To order material and stock delivered to site
- Have M&E based & knowledge is a must for this profession
Requirements
- At least a degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Constructions, Construction Management, or other equivalents.
- 2-3 years of work experience in the relevant construction field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD.
- Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy.
- Adaptable to a dynamic working environment and work well in a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
