Location: D-1-01, Jalan OS, One South Street Mall, 43300, Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia
Working Hours: Monday - Saturday: 9.30 am to 6.30pm (6 days per week. Rest day: Sunday)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: RM2,000 – RM3,500++/month (Basic + Commission)
Public Holiday Work: Required (2x Hourly rate)

Responsibilities:

• Repair and troubleshoot medical and mobility devices.
• Install, assemble, and test products before delivery or handover.
• Record and produce repair and installation videos for training and customer support purposes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the repair and service area.
• Manage and update spare parts inventory and stock lists.
• Perform routine product inspections and maintenance checks.
• Provide technical support and basic product guidance when required.
• Ensure all repair and installation work is carried out safely and professionally.

Requirements:

• Must be able to speak both Bahasa Malaysia and English fluently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn — full product training will be provided
• Technical knowledge or experience in repairing electrical, mechanical, or medical devices.
• Hands-on and detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Able to use basic tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Responsible, organized, and able to maintain a tidy workspace.
• Comfortable with recording videos for repair and installation demonstrations.
• Ability to work independently and as a collaborative teammate.
• Previous experience in wheelchair, rehabilitation, or medical device servicing is an advantage.

Able to start immediately is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
