About the role

Job Responsibilities:

Operations

• Assist to ensure all material are sufficient for production activity and adhere production schedule.
• Assist to ensure raw material and packaging material received from supplier tally with document and update on the system.
• At same time quality assurance guideline follows adequately.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of the lean transformation plan including right first-time quality, waste elimination and improve efficiency.
• To assist in preparing annual warehouse budget and capital expenditure.
• Assist to ensure Finished Goods is delivered on time to the customer with proper documentation.
• Assist to ensure and maintain good housekeeping and 5s in WarehouseTo check and ensure the equipment and balances are in good condition and calibrated according to schedule.
• Assist to ensure warehouse environment followed as per specification.
• Assist to conduct the stock, take activity as per Standard Operating Procedure.

Documentation

• Provide all relevant documents and records (e.g. Standard Operating Procedure, Deviation, Change Control, Stock Card, etc.)

About you

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Certificate in Management/Logistic/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 1-2 working experiences in warehouse setting (inbound & outbound).
• License and experience in operating forklift will be an added advantage.
• Exposure in pharmaceutical/medical device/food manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Language proficiency and written skill in English as well as relevant computer skills (ie. MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat, etc).
• Good interpersonal skill, a team player, initiative, responsible and committed to work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
