Job Description:

Site Assessment:

• To conduct site visit and assessment at sites deemed potential for any sustainable energy solutions.

Installation:

• To be deployed on-site as an Installer to conduct installation works including, but not limited to; PV system installation, electrical works, component configuration, maintenance works and other relevant works that are deemed necessary in executing a sustainable energy project

Project Supervision:

• To assist in providing full time project supervision & report of sustainable energy project installation, including coordination between multiple parties (client, consultant, contractor, supplier, and other stakeholders) to meet the stipulated deadlines. This includes attending meetings, site visit, site supervision and also to conduct testing & commissioning and handover, if necessary

Safety at Site:

• Prioritizes safety daily, participating in site safety meetings, identifying job hazards, and providing work process improvements.

Operation & Maintenance:

• To be deployed on-site as a Technician to provide operation and maintenance works including, but not limited to; troubleshooting, site inspection and reporting, monitoring, panel cleaning, roof rectification, component reconfiguration, relocation, replacement and dismantling etc.

Inventory:

• To maintain and manage company inventory in terms of record-keeping, warehouse management, component assembly, safety and security etc.

Qualifications:

• SPM, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Chargeman and wireman certifications are highly encouraged.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of solar systems.
• Hands-on experience with Grid Connected PV systems and electrical system.

Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of solar systems and components.
• Proficiency in using monitoring and data analysis software.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough inspections.
• Effective communication skills for reporting and coordination.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform fieldwork in various weather conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
