Key Responsibilities :

Web Development & Optimisation

• Assist in updating and optimising websites and landing pages
• Support basic HTML & CSS updates
• Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing

Automation & Technical Support

• Assist in building simple automations using tools (Google Sheets, Notion, scripts)
• Support QA processes and reporting workflows
• Handle basic technical support inquiries and follow through resolutions

Content & UX Support

• Support landing page improvements (layout, structure, CTAs)
• Assist in AI-generated content creation (ads, hooks, outlines)
• Learn and apply AI tools in SEO and paid ads workflows

Documentation

• Maintain organised records of updates and tasks
• Ensure proper documentation of processes and workflows

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or currently pursuing)
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web development
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving mindset
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to take ownership
• Able to commit to full internship duration
