Technician / Service Engineer (Valve & Fire Protection Systems)

Location: Klang Valley (Site-based & Office support)

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Technician / Service Engineer to support technical issues, site inspections, and servicing works related to valve systems. This role involves attending site, troubleshooting, adjusting valve settings, and providing solutions to customers.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to site for troubleshooting, servicing, and technical support
• Handle and adjust:
• Pressure Reducing Valves (PRV)
• Pressure Relief Valves
• Pressure Regulating / Pressure Breaker Control Valves (PRBCV)
• Water control valves and related systems
• Diagnose and resolve valve and system performance issues
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and calibration of valve systems
• Prepare detailed service reports after site visits
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and solutions
• Work closely with the sales and technical team for project support
• Ensure all works comply with safety standards and procedures

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided)
• Basic knowledge in valves, piping systems, or fire protection systems is an advantage
• Hands-on, responsible, and willing to learn
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work independently and travel to site
• Must possess a valid driving license and own transport
