We are looking for a responsible, energetic and customer-oriented Tour Jetty Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our tourism and transportation activities at Kuala Selangor Jetty.

This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with tourists, and ensuring smooth operational coordination for boat tours, transfers and customer services.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily jetty and tour operations
• Coordinate passenger boarding, arrival and departure schedules
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide basic assistance to tourists
• Coordinate with boat operators, drivers and operations team
• Monitor booking schedules and operational flow
• Ensure safety procedures and operational SOPs are followed
• Assist with crowd control and queue management during peak periods
• Handle basic administrative and reporting duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the operational area
• Support ad-hoc operational tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Friendly, courteous and positive attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work weekends, public holidays and shift schedules when required
• Basic computer and WhatsApp communication skills preferred
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, transport or operations is an advantage
• Possess own transportation to work location preferred

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
