Key Responsibilities
* Arrange daily job schedules for technicians
* Manage installation and servicing progress
* Handle customer complaints and follow-ups
* Supervise technicians and staff discipline
* Manage stock and spare parts inventory
* Control OT and operational costs
* Ensure all jobs are completed on time
* Improve company efficiency and performance
Requirements
Experience in air conditioning / electrical / service industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Responsible and committed attitude
Good work planning and coordination skills
Able to handle customer issues professionally
Able to work independently and solve problems
