Job Description:
- Manage and monitor stock levels at assigned outlets to ensure optimal product availability and minimize out-of-stock situations
- Execute visual merchandising standards to ensure products are displayed attractively, aligned with brand guidelines, and able to drive customer attention and sales
- Build and maintain good relationships with store managers, supervisors, and outlet staff to support business growth and smooth operations
- Conduct in-store product sampling and promotions to increase brand awareness and encourage product trials
- Assist in setting up and dismantling promotional booths, roadshows, and marketing events when required
- Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO) and check product expiry dates regularly
- Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and promotions, and provide feedback to the management team
- Submit timely reports on sales performance, stock levels, and outlet conditions
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of display areas and promotional materials
Requirement:
- Possess own reliable transportation and willing to travel to multiple outlets
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours when required
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks such as setting up displays and carrying stocks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of merchandising, sales, or retail operations is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (if applicable)
- Possess valid driving license

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
