Job Summary:
The Junior IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure across Head Office and F&B outlets. This role focuses on providing first-level technical support, ensuring system stability, and assisting with day to-day IT operations to support business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level IT support for Head Office and F&B outlets.
• Assist in maintaining network systems including LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
• Perform installation, configuration, and setup of computers, printers, and related IT
• devices.
• Assist in basic monitoring of servers, NAS, and backup systems.
• Handle IT support tickets and follow up on reported technical issues.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and related documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for technical support and issue resolution when required.
• Support new outlet setup, system deployment, and IT infrastructure readiness.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of networking and computer systems.
• Willingness to travel to outlets when required.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Basic understanding of virtual machine (VM) concepts and ability to assist in VM setup will be an added advantage
