Administrative Duties
- Manage daily office tasks: answer calls, reply emails, handle correspondence, schedule meetings & appointments
- Data entry, maintain records, filing, document preparation, update spreadsheets & reports
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and basic paperwork
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and general office maintenance
- Prepare letters, proposals, and presentation materials
- Assist with HR tasks: scheduling interviews, maintain staff records, onboarding support
- Handle ad-hoc admin & operational tasks as assigned
Video Editing & Content Creation
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Facebook/Instagram videos) using CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar
- Trim, add text, captions, transitions, background music, effects, and brand elements
- Basic filming/recording of events, products, services, or behind-the-scenes content
- Convert raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos suitable for social media
- Maintain consistent style, branding, and format across all video content
- Organize and store video assets, files, and archives properly
Social Media Management
- Manage company accounts: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- Plan & create content calendar (posts, captions, visuals, videos)
- Design simple graphics/posters using Canva / Photoshop
- Schedule & publish posts regularly; ensure consistent posting
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews — reply promptly & professionally
- Research trends, hashtags, viral ideas to increase reach & engagement
- Track performance: likes, shares, followers, views; prepare simple monthly reports
- Suggest new ideas to grow audience and improve brand visibility
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
