We are looking for a driven and technically-minded Sales Technical Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our full range of industrial products — building lasting client relationships, delivering technical expertise, and actively growing our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. Promote the full range of industrial products to new and existing clientele through consistent outreach and engagement.
- Build strong rapport with key decision-makers. Conduct regular calls, and check-ins to understand evolving needs, gather feedback, and uncover upselling opportunities.
- Monitor customer order trends, flag complaints, and prepare insightful reports. Provide actionable market feedback to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment, timely service delivery, and fast resolution of customer issues or escalations.
Requirements:
- Working hours: 8:30AM - 5:30 PM (Monday - Friday) , 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday)
- Candidate must possess at least Degree or equivalent (fresh gradate are encourage to apply)
- Able to work independently
- Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
