Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Installation Work Packages (IWPs), ensuring they are fully constraint-free and ready for execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align work packages with project objectives and schedules.
• Monitor IWP progress, track performance against targets, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Identify, track, and resolve constraints impacting IWP execution to prevent delays.
• Conduct IWP close-out activities, documenting lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date work status records on client project platforms in accordance with reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) to monitor inspection statuses and ensure timely submission and approval of RFIs in the system

Qualification:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant experience in work planning or project coordination within the oil & gas or power plant sectors.
• Strong practical knowledge of piping, mechanical, and structural construction.
• Proven skills in project planning, scheduling, and workface planning principles (Advanced Work Packaging preferred).
• Proficiency in project monitoring and reporting via online/portal-based platforms.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
