Job description
- Assisting with the preparation of full set accounts & reports;
- Support on cash flow management, intercompany transactions and settlement;
- Reconciling accounts and ensuring accurate financial records;
- Responsible for verifying petty cash transactions;
- Maintain proper filling of account documents for record keeping;
- Handle and process payable invoices on a timely and efficient manner;
- Review and process all staff claims with appropriate documentations
- Responsible for sales collection and update payment receipts for online, cash payment, credit cards and cheques;
- To liaise with external parties e.g bankers/ tax agent/ auditor/ co-seC
- Year-end tax & audit preparation
- To assist daily operational duties and perform any others ad-hoc accounting and administrative assignment;
- Any responsibilities assigned to you.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalents.
- At least 1 year of working experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
